Patrick Devinger

Patrick has been active in the real estate industry since 2003, joining MB Realty Group in 2010 to help friends and family with their real estate needs. Since June 2008, Patrick has been working with Integra Realty Resources as commercial real estate analyst, focusing primarily on institutional quality office and industrial properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to Integra, Patrick spent four years in the residential mortgage industry, two of which as an underwriter, where he developed a strong understanding of the lending process and the ability to successfully navigate the closing process.

Patrick earned his Master of Real Estate Development Degree (MRED) from Arizona State University in 2008, receiving distinction as the outstanding graduate. In addition, Patrick has a Graduate Certificate in Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State, and a B.S. in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University.  Patrick is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds the LEED AP designation from the United States Green Building Council. Patrick is an active volunteer with ULI’s Urban Plan program, and is on the planning committee for the Cancer Support Community of the East Bay’s annual golf tournament.
