Mike attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and received a BA in Accounting.  Mike’s interest in real estate is focused in construction. Mike has an eye for value engineering when it comes to identifying improvements that will maximize upside potential. Mike has a passion for fixing up houses and has renovated over 50 homes in the east bay over the last few years.  His current pursuits include revitalized foreclosure properties. Mike’s project management experience gives him a great attention to detail which he carries over to real estate sales. He is an expert with the details of a contract. He prides himself on his ability to price properties right and sell homes quickly. Mike led MB in sales exceeding $21 million last year. Mike, his wife and two kids live in Pleasant Hill and are actively involved in their church and their community.
