Matt attended the University of Colorado and received a BA in Finance and minors in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. In Matt’s professional career he has focused in the areas of real estate development, land acquisition and entitlements. He is an expert in knowing the best use for a property and has a creative eye for opportunity. Having lived through 2 major renovations from the foundation up, Matt understands the nuts and bolts of remodeling a home. Matt is a LEED AP and has a passion for sustainable and smart design which he tries to incorporate into all of his projects. Matt is a board member of the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in the communities where he lives and works. In 2010 Matt led his Church in the purchase and rebabilitation of their new historic landmark building. Matt brings his talents and extensive knowledge of the real estate process to MB Realty Group. Matt, his wife, and daughter, live in Oakland in a turn of the century bungalow they restored in 2010.
